If you would like to work with me, please complete the form below. When I receive this I will send a detailed application form. IF I think this work will benefit you, and you are in agreement with the terms, I will offer you a 20 minute free intro call. I don’t have space for everyone who requests to work with me.( I also leave space for movement/wellbeing sessions). The other option is to request a One-off consultation/session, if your interest is one off session please state this in your form submission. The one-off session does not have an intro call attached so supply your needs/desires in the request to book form.(There are only a few open slots each week but you can also go on a wait list.)
After a one-off option I only offer continued single sessions for profession supervision/consult and for those who have completed the initial minimum of 10 session commitment. (There has to be a real desire to want a different and healthier response in your life other than the one that is not working and 10 is the minimum I offer except for movement, MEMI and mindfulness, movement )

Rates
The 10 session commitment (and continuing coach/support clients) have access to me during the week ( Boundaried) via Watsapp message. However please allow up to 48 hours for response.

- 10 x 85 minute commitment - £ 2550
- 1 x 55 minute one off option (or returning clients only) - £175
- 1 x 55 minute Support/Strategy session - £175 ( This is optional addition for family or friends who want to understand a little more about how Complex Trauma, Neurodiversity etc is affecting the person and how it affects you and vice versa, and how best to support.

- 1 x 55 minute Movement/ Mindfulness/Pilates/Yoga/PT - £110
- 1 x 55 minute iRest Dyad - £125
- 1 x 85 minute Movement/Mindfulness/ iRest/Pilates ( includes 30 minutes process/support ) - £200
- 1 x 55 minutes MEMI - £150

I also offer some sliding scales per rolling intake of 35%.for Therapeutic Coach/Trauma Support. Movement sessions I offer a 25% discount for those needing. Please request via booking form and I will do my best to accommodate if I feel this work is a good fit for you.
Cancellation policy - Due to the nature of this work I require 48 hours notice otherwise I charge for the session (I rarely make any exceptions to this rule. Thank You for your understanding.
