Gratitude

DP/DR is not very well understood and it's been difficult to find someone who really feels confident working with it. Debs has a really sound knowledge and presence in working with it, and has no issue in admitting to her own struggles with it. I'm feeling safer and more embodied every single day and this is precious for me. Heartfelt Gratitude Deb.

I've had what amounts to around 6 years in therapy and tried many of the different methods such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, Talk Therapy. They have all been useful in some way so I'm sure I took something away.I never felt as though I could connect the dots and had so many question marks hanging over me and slowly after a little time the feelings of desperation and helplessness would return. Deb you are helping me unravel myself from this mess in a way that no-one has ever been able to help me before. I am learning to like myself and drop the tension i've been carrying for so long. More than anything I appreciate your honestly and the presence you have with me. I feel as though you are really on my side. Debs has been an enormous help to me in both my personal and professional life. She's guiding me through some really tough issues I need to get to grips with personally as well as helping me piece together some issues I have at work which are troubling me.

With her help I am learning to 'Self Regulate' and retrain my nervous system to be more resilient and adaptable so I dont :lose it "every time I have a problem. I'm really appreciating the value of our work and excited as I start to see some really positive results taking place in my life.

 I’ve been coaching with Debbie for just over two months now. I’ve been in and out of therapy for years for my condition and although I’ve had some success I have never found anyone who could piece it together in the way Debbie has!! I came to Debbie with PTSD, anxiety disorder, and some signs of BPD, as diagnosed by my psychologist. Each ingredient has to be the best and absolutely 100% natural. All these attentions and lots of years of studies and experience behind her have permitted to get great products.

Como: Deb was the first real Pilates instructor in my town.

Ever since and until she left in 2014 to go back to UK I went to her studio twice a week for Pilates and meditation.I loved her way of teaching immediately: she is super talented, professional, passionate and spiritual. I always did one to one sessions: she learned all the week and strong parts of my body and mind and made them all so much better!She works hard, she goes straight to the target, with sweet determination she can drive you everywhere!Whatever she does is perfect and fits her believes and culture. She wants to live forever and helped me with self confidence to understand that it is important to live but essential to live well, in piece, in a healthy body and positive mind.

Love, love, love your products. I’ve been using Primordial Belle skincare products for the past 3-4 months and can honestly say I’ve seen improvements in the condition of my skin – it now feels like it glows from the inside out! I love all the products I’ve tried, however, my particular favourites have to be the eye nectar and face serum. Serums I’ve used in the past have always tended to be a bit greasy, causing a lank fringe!! But not this one. It soaks into the skin beautifully and keeps it feeling hydrated and supple all day long. The eye serum has definitely improved the appearance of fine wrinkles – I’m a complete convert now. If this wasn’t enough, they also smell divine. I met Debra almost 15 years ago when she lived in my hometown in Italy, Como. I started taking private pilates lessons with her which soon revealed to be both physically and spiritually healing. Debra soon became a friend. Her never ending training, striving to better herself and to offer her clients a 360 degree approach to healthy living were – and still are – fascinating to me. As one of her loyal clients and friend, I also had the opportunity to try her skincare products from the very beginning of her journey. I instantly fell in love with them and they have been an irreplaceable part of my skincare routine since. Today, even though she has moved back to the UK and we can’t train together on a regular basis, I still go to her whenever in need of healthy living advice and – every once in awhile – I’m lucky enough to have her visit.

I was fifty eight years old, with back pain and had just become a grandmother of twins. My aim was to be able to enjoy them in my arms!

The Sant’Anna Hospital in Como gave me the address of Debby Wales, specialist on “pilates”, a good method to help my pain. I started with her and continued for seven years, twice a week, till her decision to go back to England.In those years, my back pain disappeared, I changed my posture, improved my body shape…and I still take my twins in my arms!!
Professionally, the knowledges Debby has, (pilates – gyrothonic – yoga – breath – etc.) made me a different person. In those years I went through difficult periods, she was there with her sensibility, deepness, psychology…we were finishing our lessons singing together “Volare oh oh” and “Yesterday”.

Debby also studied and prepared personalized creams for my skin, suffering of different allergies…Since she left Italy, I have a personal trainer and still we follow part of Debby’s program. Now I am sixty nine years old!

I met Debbie 25 years ago when I was on vacation in Greece for one month with my husband. She was working there and I was fortunate to be able to work with her on a private basis. I had been suffering with permanent pain for at least a decade, which affected my daily life and also had a huge impact on my emotional state and sometimes on my relationship with my husband.

Debbie was only young, but I quickly learnt she was not only knowledgeable, but had a ‘gift’ of getting to the real heart of a problem. It was almost as if she could see inside. I recall our last day when she, myself and husband cried because she had completely turned my life around and even saved our marriage.
