‘How do we learn to stay connected to the deeper layers of our heart and soul as we move through a busy life? How do we even learn to open to our beautiful and often wounded heart while remembering our true essence?’

Welcome to EnneaPresence Over the course of 10 weeks we will explore each of the nine Enneagram styles of personality in an integrative and holistic space through the cultivation of presence and awareness within each of the styles. 

Through this cultivation we will start to develop the clarity and capacity to feel and see the patterns that dominate our lives; Those which often take the shape of maladaptive thinking, feeling, actions, compulsions and habitual states.

From this we can begin to participate in our healing in a more refined way as we learn practices to support our transformation and growth, and promote better choices and actions.     

You will discover - 

  • The correct roles of the head, heart and body through embodiment, reflection, and integration.
  • Embodiment tools for self care and real life skills.
  • How essence and presence can relax maladaptive behaviour, thinking, and feeling within each core style.   
  • Innerwork to understand the core motivations, fears, and habitual patterns of each type, how they may have affected your world, and how to recreate balance. 
  • How to naturally generate more compassion for self and other, as you start to understand how difficult it’s been surviving our individual path’s  
  • How to stay with challenge rather than turn away, reject or judge it.
  • How each style may relate to trauma, and vice versa.
  • Emotional re-regulation, and psycho-empowered education.  

The practice may take the form of words, writing, meditations, discussion, somatic yoga, forms, shapes, embodied practice, self care and inner work to support your journey. 

Each week we will live with an insight or question from a particular style, and explore in discussion how each have manifest in our lives - adaptively or maladaptively. The tenth week will draw it all together as we continue on the journey of self discovery and healing.   

During this time you may organically discover which personality style you feel more in resonance with, whilst learning how each core style learns to relate in the world. You can also choose to do the online full length test devised by my teacher Jerome Wagner, and if desired take a further session to pin down your relating style through specific questioning and inquiry.
