Debra is a Certified Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra teacher and is currently on the certification path in iRest. Her knowledge and experience in working with mental health, Complex Trauma, toxic stress, and other life challenges means she is able to hold the space in this practice in a safer and more beneficial way.
