Yoga/Somatic/Movement Therapy meets each person exactly where you're at.

Sessions are created to strengthen, mobilize, re-pattern and re-educate muscles and movement; They may be to learn to tolerate the (action and inaction) of constructive rest or restorative rest;They may support an existing treatment plan, my coaching sessions, or act as a stand alone.

Yoga therapy may also be simply to practice healthy lifestyle medicine; to grow or age with ease and wellbeing...

Importantly they are a safe haven for you to land, and be seen, heard, and believed in whatever you are holding or dealing with.  

With nearly three decades in wellbeing, movement, and rehabilitation ranging from teens to elderly, or the less mobile to athletes, private sessions support you in your pesonal aim.
